Weak, but it's a start. Should be much better by February.

Snowing in Connecticut

It's snowing in October?! Leaves are still on the trees. I think we haven't even hit peak foliage. Hope we don't lose power from downed limbs.

Just Do It

Sometimes I forget that reading about exercise is not the same as actually doing it.  The books by Mark Rippetoe are probably the best of the bunch, btw.
